It was a good experience in purchasing a relatively new vehicle without any pressure being applied and such I would recommend a friend or family member to visit the showroom for any future purchase of a vehicle .

My experience at Snows Kia Guildford could have been better because no-one contacted me informing me that the smart repairs were not performed even though we delayed pick up by a week. Even then, no-one contacted me to notify myself that the arranged appointment could not be fulfilled. Even after all that, I have an unanswered email regarding an issue with the car. Pretty poor showing to be honest
